STUDY CANADA 2011: Support Application Form

 A $200 or $300 Travel Award offered by the Center for Canadian-American Studies at WWU.
 If available, a $600 STUDY CANADA Scholarship offered by the Canada-America Society of Washington
(eligible only for WA State educators).

2)  In the space below, please explain your need for financial support. Be sure to also identify any other
already-secured (or potential) source(s) of financial support for your participation in the
STUDY CANADA 2012 program. (300 word limit)

3)  Please explain how your participation in STUDY CANADA 2012 is expected to impact your work
or classroom curriculum. (300 word limit)

4)  Please type your name in the box if you agree to the following terms/conditions:
I have read the rules of eligibility and understand the procedures involved in the distribution of awards. Further, I attest that I am eligible to apply and I agree to submit a lesson plan by August 1, 2012. In addition, permission is granted for posting the lesson plan at www.k12studycanada.org.
