Teacher Associates

K-12 STUDY CANADA Teacher Associates are experienced teachers of Canada who have developed extensive social studies curriculum about Canada and who are interested in making presentations on Canada at regional conferences.

Most teacher associates are also active in their home state's Geographic Alliance and Council for the Social Studies.

You are welcome to contact them with questions about our programs and resources. They are happy to mentor teachers in their region about teaching Canada.

K-12 STUDY CANADA is able to provide up to $300 in travel-related expenses to teacher-associates who give presentations on Canada and act as representatives of K-12 STUDY CANADA by distributing informational handouts about our resources to other educators.
